Training sessions like nothing you’ve done before….. Some movements can be small, precise, and a huge emphasis on technique execution, yet the amount of physical effort required can be significant – it’s strength training to improve your control.

What You’ll Get

A full joint by joint assessment will identify baseline function and where to improve. We’ll then create a bespoke programme that will create mobility and build strength throughout joint range. Regular re-assessments to identify and work on limitations, view your progress and adapt your routine to build on the progress you’re making.

What To Expect

JOINT MOBILITY:

Increasing your “active range of motion”, (usable motion of your joints), you can expect performance and technique increases in your sport, hobby and daily life. In turn reducing load stresses on areas of the body that aren’t ready for it - the definition of injury reduction!

JOINT STRENGTH:

The creation of new active range (mobility) is great but if you can’t control it you can’t use it. Strengthening the new ranges is vital to be able to express your new found movement and reduce potential injuries

BODY CONTROL:

Your newly acquired control will be able to lend itself to whatever task you need. If you can’t move where you can’t move then more control = more movement freedom.
